These products are shipped to an Epson warehouse in Germany where they are then distributed throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa.Quality and innovation are at the heart of everything we do, from our Cleanroom environment to our in-house machinery, design, and technology improvements from which we use our own Epson 6-axis robots.Hours of work:Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.00pm and Friday 8.30am to 4.00pmMain job functions:To carry out scheduled/non-scheduled tool overhauls (D.C.A’s) in accordance with the Departments proceduresTo carry out in depth tooling repairsProvide Engineering support to the Injection Moulding Department at the request of the Injection Moulding ManagerControl and implementation of Tool Room machinery maintenance programs/contractsEnsure Daily Safety Checks of all Tool Room machinery are carried out on a daily basis and appropriate check sheets completedControl of Departmental Chemicals and usage in accordance with COSHH regulationsTo ensure all Department activities conform to the requirements of l Department activities conform to the requirements of BS EN ISO9001Ensure all Daily Checks of all tool room machinery is carried out to comply with Departmental requirementsQualifications:HNC and equivalent in EngineeringTime served Apprenticeship in a Toolroom or Engineering environmentExperience:Previous experience in an Toolroom EnvironmentKnowledge in the use of all manual machines – CNC, Spark Eroders, Wire Eroders and CNC MillerAuto CAD SoftwareAbility to work from CAD drawings to produce parts #J-18808-Ljbffr
