Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Asset Management (ITAM) Analyst to support IT asset lifecycle management, Configuration Management Database (CMDB) data quality, and IT asset management process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT asset lifecycle activities, including hardware discovery, validation, reconciliation, and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain and improve CMDB data quality, completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
• Validate asset records and ensure appropriate associations between hardware assets, configuration items, and related services.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between discovered hardware, asset inventory records, and CMDB data.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT Asset Management , including hardware discovery, validation, and reconciliation.
• 5+ years of experience with CMDB data accuracy and asset associations.
• 5+ years of experience developing, documenting, and improving IT Asset Management processes.
• Strong understanding of IT asset lifecycle management and inventory reconciliation.
• Experience identifying and resolving asset data discrepancies and maintaining accurate configuration records.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
