Responsibilities
Evaluate and execute investment opportunities across the industrials sector.Build and maintain detailed financial models, including LBOs, valuation analyses, and returns assessments.Conduct market research, industry analysis, and commercial due diligence.Prepare investment committee presentations and materials.Support transaction execution, including due diligence, financing, and negotiations.Work with portfolio company management teams on strategic initiatives and value creation.
Requirements
2–4 years of investment banking or private equity experience, ideally with exposure to industrials.Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.Experience supporting M&A transactions and evaluating investment opportunities.Excellent academic credentials and attention to detail.Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced investment environment. xzbcwsv
