Advanced Practice Provider – Electrophysiology | Outpatient Cardiac Rhythm Care

Health First Medical Group is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) for an outpatient Electrophysiology opportunity in Florida.

This position is well suited for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an interest in electrophysiology, arrhythmia management, and cardiac device follow-up. You'll care for a diverse outpatient population while partnering closely with an experienced electrophysiologist and multidisciplinary care team.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of new EP patients

• Manage established patients with arrhythmias and rhythm disorders

• Provide routine follow-up and longitudinal cardiac care

• Monitor cardiac device data and coordinate appropriate follow-up

• Review testing and clinical findings to guide treatment plans

• Educate patients regarding rhythm disorders, medications, and care plans

• Communicate and collaborate with electrophysiology physicians and the cardiovascular team

Qualifications

• Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

• Previous cardiology or electrophysiology experience preferred

• Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills

• Familiarity with cardiac arrhythmias and device management preferred

• Eligible for Florida licensure and credentialing
