We're Looking For:

We're seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) – Project Sales who has a proven track record in the Building Materials industry.

The ideal candidate should have:

✅ Strong experience in Project Sales

✅ Excellent network with Architects (Mandatory)

✅ Good connections with Builders, Developers & Fabricators

✅ Experience in specification selling and business development

✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

✅ Target-driven approach with a passion for winning new projects

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Generate new business opportunities through Project Sales

✔️ Develop and maintain relationships with Architects, Builders, Developers & Fabricators

✔️ Drive product specifications with architects and consultants

✔️ Track projects from specification to order closure

✔️ Achieve sales targets and expand market presence in the assigned territory
