We are looking for an experienced Lead .NET Full Stack Engineer with 12+ years of software engineering experience and strong expertise in C#, .NET, Microsoft Azure, Microservices, REST APIs, and enterprise-scale data platforms .

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting large-scale applications, data processing platforms, ETL pipelines, and data enrichment solutions . The role requires strong technical leadership capabilities along with experience in Azure services, distributed systems, databases, monitoring, and CI/CD.

Exposure to AI/ML-driven enrichment, classification, recommendation, or quality-scoring systems will be highly preferred.

• Lead the design and development of scalable enterprise applications using C#, .NET / .NET Core, and Azure .
• Design and implement Microservices-based architectures and RESTful APIs.
• Build and support large-scale data processing, ETL, transformation, and enrichment pipelines .
• Design and implement data integration workflows using Azure Data Factory (ADF) .
• Develop event-driven and asynchronous solutions using Azure Service Bus and related Azure services.
• Work with Azure storage technologies for scalable and secure data management.
• Design solutions involving SQL, NoSQL, and distributed data platforms .
• Build reliable integrations between applications, APIs, data platforms, and external systems.
• Optimize application and data-processing performance, scalability, reliability, and availability.
• Implement appropriate logging, monitoring, alerting, and observability for production systems.
• Design and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for application build, testing, and deployment.
• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards, security practices, and coding guidelines.
• Troubleshoot complex application, integration, data, and production issues.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.
• Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, Data Engineers, DevOps, QA, AI/ML teams, and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to solutions involving AI/ML-based data enrichment, classification, recommendation, and quality scoring .

• 12+ years of overall software engineering experience .
• Strong hands-on expertise in C# and .NET / .NET Core .
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure services .
• Extensive experience designing and developing Microservices .
• Strong experience developing and integrating REST APIs .
• Experience building and supporting large-scale data processing and ETL pipelines .
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) .
• Experience with Azure Service Bus and event-driven/asynchronous architectures.
• Experience with Azure Storage technologies .
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database technologies .
• Experience with NoSQL databases and distributed data platforms .
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and automated deployments .
• Experience with application monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization .
• Good understanding of cloud architecture, scalability, security, and high-availability principles.
• Proven experience in technical leadership, architecture/design discussions, and mentoring engineering teams .

• Experience working with AI/ML-driven systems .
• Exposure to data enrichment and automated classification solutions.
• Experience with recommendation engines or recommendation systems .
• Exposure to data quality scoring or intelligent data-processing solutions .
• Experience integrating .NET applications with AI/ML models or services.
• Understanding of modern distributed systems and high-volume data architectures.
• Experience working in large enterprise and Agile/Scrum environments.
• Microsoft Azure certifications will be an added advantage.

We are looking for a hands-on technical leader , not just a people manager. The candidate should be capable of independently handling complex architecture and engineering challenges while providing technical direction to the development team.
