The Role

AYOO Care is seeking a licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our growing team at our Indiranagar and HSR Layout clinics in Bangalore . This role is pivotal in providing high-quality mental health support and contributing to our vision of customer-centric healthcare service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and develop personalized treatment plans for individuals and families across age groups.
  • Actively contribute to mental health awareness initiatives by creating video and written content for AYOO Care, helping to reduce stigma and educate the public.
  • Provide insights and feedback to improve mental health services, ensuring AYOO Care remains the most customer-centric healthcare provider.
  • Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, including coordinating mental and physical health services for comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Support the training and onboarding of new staff, including psychologists and therapists, to ensure the highest standards of care delivery.
  • Serve as a resource for staff, offering expertise and guidance to meet the needs of clients effectively.

Requirements

  • MPhil in Clinical Psychology with 6-10 years of post-qualification experience as a practitioner.
  • RCI Licensed to practice as a Clinical Psychologist in India.
  • Demonstrated expertise in psychological assessments and treatment for mental health conditions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients and collaborate with team members.
  • Comfortable working in a start-up environment and contributing to a fast-paced, innovative culture.
  • Language Proficiency:
  • Professional proficiency in English and Hindi is required.
  • Conversational proficiency in Kannada, Tamil, and/or Telugu is highly desirable.
