This is a Direct-Hire Position paying between $36,000 + commissions ($44,000 1st year OTE) depending on the level of experience.
About The Role
Performs inside sales related tasks under the direct supervision of the Inside Sales Manager with direction from the Sales Representative making calls to inform potential clients about the service and to set and pre-qualify sales appointments.
Responsibilities

Solicits and qualifies sales appointmentsMaintains current and accurate daily records of prospect contact for solicitation and re-solicitationMaintains updated materials and registers to be used in the solicitation of clientsRecommends materials and registers to be used in the solicitation of clientsConducts telephone solicitations as directed by a sales manager, sales representative or master franchise ownerMaximizes opportunities to procure accounts in identified areas while addressing the oldest franchise business requirement firstWorks with the sales manager or sales representative to meet appointment objectivesMaintains a system to compare performance against objectivesOther related tasks and activities as assigned
Requirements

High school diploma or GEDPrevious experience in sales, inside sales or administration in sales departmentExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsClear and pleasant telephone mannerKnowledge of MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookProficient in the use of the InternetAbility to take detailed and accurate notes and messagesAbility to document detailed and accurate prospect and client information in electronic database
