Product Designer

We are looking for a creative and trend-driven Product Designer to help shape Nestasia's product portfolio. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, a passion for discovering trends, and the ability to conceptualise products that are aesthetically appealing and commercially relevant.

Duties and responsibilities

• Benchmark leading global and Indian lifestyle brands to identify emerging design and product trends.
• Translate market insights and customer feedback into new product ideas and collection concepts.
• Review product samples and provide design inputs to enhance aesthetics, functionality and overall customer appeal.
• Work with vendors and manufacturers to ensure the final product aligns with the original design intent.
• Contribute to seasonal launches by developing cohesive product stories and design themes.
• Build and maintain a library of design inspirations, materials, finishes and trend forecasts.
• Explore opportunities for product innovation while balancing creativity, functionality and commercial viability.
• Present design concepts, mood boards and new collection ideas to internal stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3–6 years of experience in Product Design, Product Development or Lifestyle Design.
• Experience with home décor, lifestyle, fashion, gifting or consumer brands is preferred.
• Strong understanding of design trends, colour, materials and product aesthetics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or relevant design software.
• Excellent visualisation, creative thinking and communication skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing original product concepts and collections is essential.
