This role provides comprehensive nursing care to adults with complex pulmonary and medical needs, including continuous assessment, medication administration, and use of advanced monitoring equipment. The RN will collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement evidence-based care plans, support family education, and ensure safe transitions of care.
