Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Gainesville, VA
Pay From: $50 per hour
MUST:
The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant must have experience:
Current, active NP or PA license in Virginia
3+ years experience required, experience in primary care strongly preferred
Experience with the EMR eClinicalWorks is not required, but preferred
Strong clinical decision-making skills with the ability to work independently
Experience managing a large and diverse patient population preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
DUTIES:
Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions
Manage a high-volume patient panel efficiently while maintaining quality care standards
Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in eClinicalWorks
Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans
Be available for occasional after-hours phone calls when typical on-call physician is unavailable Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
