If you know how to
recruit, mentor, and motivate people
— and turn their networks into real estate sales — this role is for you. What you'll do Recruit, onboard & activate Associate Partners every month Build and grow the agency / channel-partner network across Chandigarh & Mohali Drive property sales revenue through your partner network Train, mentor & support partners to hit individual and team targets Run regular meetings, training sessions & performance reviews Coordinate with Sales, CRM & Accounts for smooth deal closures Maintain daily MIS & CRM updates ✅ What we're looking for Experience in Agency / Channel Sales (Real Estate, Insurance, or Mutual Fund background welcome) Proven skills in agent recruitment, team handling & sales management Strong networking, communication & leadership abilities Target-oriented mindset with a track record of hitting goals Comfortable in a fast-paced, field-driven role Strong local Tricity market knowledge is a big plus What we offer Attractive fixed salary + high-earning incentives & commissions Fast career growth in a booming real estate brand Full training & marketing support to build your team
