Role Description The Associate Attorney will handle a variety of family law matters, including counseling clients, drafting and reviewing documents, conducting legal research, and representing Client's in and out of court. xzbcwsv The role involves negotiating settlements, communicating with opposing counsel, and representing clients in hearings, mediations, and other proceedings as appropriate. The Associate Attorney will also participate in client intake, maintain organized case files, and ensure deadlines and court requirements are met. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in West Palm Beach, FL, with some work-from-home flexibility
