Manager/Senior Manager- Decision Science-FICO BLAZE We are looking for a highly analytical and data-driven professional to fill the role of Underwriting Decision Science Analyst . The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in assessing risk and making data-informed underwriting decisions, ultimately shaping the success of our business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and leverage advanced data analytics techniques to enhance our underwriting processes. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to assess risk factors and predict future outcomes. Model Implementation: Implement and maintain underwriting models, including credit scoring, predictive modeling, and risk assessment. Risk Assessment: Evaluate loan applications and other underwriting requests using data-driven insights to make informed decisions. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimize underwriting strategies. Reporting: Generate reports and present findings to senior management, providing insights to drive decision-making. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in underwriting decision science to improve processes and models. Must Have Skills: Strong experience with FICO Blaze , SQL, Blaze Advisor, Blaze, Data Analysis Locations: Gurugram/ Bangalore
