Most Google Ads roles at agencies leave you running someone else's strategy on small budgets. You stay hidden behind account managers. You grow slow. That's not how we work.

Who You Are:

You've been running Google Ads for at least 2.5 years with real international experience. You have the results to back it up. Not just a resume but actual screenshots, dashboards and case studies you're proud of.

You've worked across Search, Shopping, PMax, You Tube and Demand Gen. You understand how to build top-of-funnel demand, not just capture existing intent.

You don't need hand-holding. When numbers dip you diagnose, fix and scale. You don't wait for someone to tell you what to do. You communicate clearly with clients and treat every account like your own money is on the line.

Compensation: ₹30,000 to ₹50,000/month based on experience.

Location: Kolkata (Hybrid, mix of in-office and remote).
