Role Description

This is an full-time role for a Sales Manager, located on-site in Worli. The Sales Manager will engage in day-to-day tasks such as making outbound sales calls, managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting clients through the sales process. The role also includes participating in training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Salary Range

Worli: 25000 - 50000 + Incentives

Mandatory Requirements

• Candidates must have 1–2 years of relevant work experience in any of the following sectors:

Sales, Customer Service, BPO, Banking, or Real Estate.

• Strong communication, customer-handling, and interpersonal skills are required.

• Candidates should be target-oriented, confident, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.

• Immediate joiners will be given preference.

• Candidates serving a long notice period may not be considered.

Qualifications

Uncapped Incentive Structure:

Offering 5% to 20% commission on the company's 2% brokerage is an exceptionally strong and highly competitive quarterly incentive structure.
