Associate Designer

Role:Assist in the design and development of seasonal apparel collections for the Big Girls Walmart licensed business.Research current fashion, color, graphic, and market trends relevant to the target customer.Create and update apparel designs, colorways, and presentations using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.Work closely with Senior Designers, Graphic Designers, Merchandising, and Product Development teams.Support the development of design concepts that align with brand guidelines, retailer requirements, and seasonal trends.Review samples and provide design feedback throughout the development process.Organize and maintain design files, artwork, and seasonal project information.Assist with approvals and revisions to ensure designs meet brand and customer expectations.
