Oculus Group | Premier Legal is recruiting for a commercial litigation boutique handling complex, high-value disputes nationwide.
The Opportunity• Work on business, real estate, ownership, and insurance coverage disputes• Gain hands-on experience with motions, discovery, depositions, trials, and arbitrations, depending on experience• Receive direct partner mentorship in a collaborative team• Work fully remotely or from the Bethesda, Maryland office, with limited travel• Annual billable-hour target: 1,800• Benefits include health insurance, life insurance, and 401(k)
What We’re Looking For• 2–5 years of substantive commercial litigation experience• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills• Minimum 3.2 law school GPA• Admission to a U.S. state bar; Maryland or New York preferred• Deposition experience is a plus; real estate litigation experience is not requiredInterested? xzbcwsv
