Wellness content manager

Job Description
Wellness Content Manager
Location: Pune
Job-Type: Hybrid/Full-Time
About the Role
You will own the quality of every piece of wellness content that reaches users - scripts and audio across guided meditations, wisdom tales, sleep tales, and sound healing. You're the last checkpoint between production and the listener. You'll work across writers, voice artists, sound producers, and editors to ensure everything meets standards for clarity, emotional resonance, and spiritual authenticity.
This is not a creative/writing role. It's a quality and coordination role that requires sharp ears, strong judgment, and the discipline to hold the line on standards even under deadline pressure.
Key Responsibilities
Review scripts for clarity, tone, flow, factual accuracy, and alignment with brand voice - accessible yet spiritually grounded Review audio files for pronunciation, pacing, vocal quality, background noise, mixing balance, and overall listening experience Flag issues with specificity - not just "this doesn't sound right" but "the pacing drops at 3:42, the pause before the transition feels abrupt, the background drone is too prominent relative to the voice" Coordinate revisions with writers, voice artists, sound producers, and editors - own the feedback loop from flagging to follow-up to final sign-off Maintain a content tracker covering review status, feedback given, revision rounds, and final approvals across all content types Ensure consistency across the content library - a user moving from a guided meditation to a sleep tale to a wisdom story should feel like they're in the same world Work with product and content teams to improve workflows and establish reusable quality benchmarksRequirements
Genuine sensitivity to wellness, mindfulness, or spiritual content - you don't need to be an expert, but you need to get it Excellent listening skills - you'll spend significant time with headphones on and need to catch what most people miss Strong written communication - feedback precise enough that a producer can act on it without a follow-up call Ability to manage 20–40+ files in various stages simultaneously without things falling through cracks Comfort with direct, constructive feedback - you'll regularly tell people their work needs another pass Good command of English; Hindi comprehension is a plus for bilingual content elementsPreferred
Prior experience in audio review, content QA, podcast production, or similar Familiarity with audio editing tools - enough to timestamp and annotate, not necessarily to edit Experience working within an app content pipeline - creation, metadata tagging, to publishing Exposure to meditation, yoga, breathwork, or contemplative practices - personal or professionalWhat success looks like in the first 90 days
You've built a working review system that the team actually uses Zero content goes live without your sign-off Writers and producers trust your feedback because it's specific and fair You've identified and documented the top recurring quality issues and proposed fixesDetails
