About Position:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Animation Counselor to train and mentor students in animation, VFX, and motion graphics. The role involves delivering high-quality instruction, fostering creativity, and preparing students for successful careers in the animation and media industry.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and structured training sessions on animation concepts (2D & 3D), VFX, and motion graphics.
• Demonstrate and provide hands-on training in industry-relevant software and tools.
• Mentor students to enhance creativity, technical skills, and portfolio development.
• Guide students on career opportunities in animation, VFX, gaming, and multimedia industries.
• Support learning in graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics (including After Effects).
• Maintain discipline, motivation, and a positive learning environment in the classroom.
• Continuously update and improve curriculum based on current industry trends and technologies.
• Track student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

Skills:

Animation & Design Tools:

• 2D Animation: Adobe Animate
• 3D Animation: Autodesk Maya, Blender, 3ds Max

VFX & Motion Graphics:

• Adobe After Effects, Nuke

Video Editing:

• Adobe Premiere Pro

Game Engines:

• Unreal Engine

Preferred Skills:

• Strong understanding of animation principles, storytelling, and visual design.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and compositing techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to mentor and inspire students with diverse learning abilities.
• Industry experience in animation, VFX, or multimedia production is an added advantage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Animation, Multimedia, VFX, or related field.

Relevant certifications in animation tools/software are a plus.
