Contracts Officer

Manor Estates Housing Association is seeking to recruit a full-time (35 hours) Contracts Officer to join our busy Property Services team. We manage over 1000 tenanted properties and provide factoring services to over 1700 residents. The role is to ensure the delivery of a responsive, effective and efficient property service. The postholder will be expected to carry out a range of duties including contract management of our property compliance work and other planned contracts. You must be committed to delivery of customer focussed services, aiming to always provide a high-quality response, and have experience of prioritising tasks in a busy environment. The post holder will report to the Property Services Manager.
