This role involves supporting interior design projects from concept to completion, including developing design proposals, preparing mood boards and presentations, and assisting in space planning and material selection. The Design Associate will collaborate with senior designers, project managers, and vendors to ensure designs are accurately translated into execution and aligned with client expectations. Daily tasks include coordinating design documentation, refining graphics and layouts, participating in client meetings, and maintaining project timelines and records. The role requires a strong eye for detail, an ability to interpret client needs, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, functional, and aesthetically pleasing interiors. </p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p><b>Qualifications </b> </p><ul><li>Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for client interaction, team collaboration, and clear presentation of design concepts. </li><li>Candidates should possess Project Management skills to coordinate tasks, track timelines, and support end-to-end delivery of interior design projects. </li><li>Candidates should possess Graphic Design and Graphics skills to create visual presentations, mood boards, and design documentation using relevant software. </li><li>Candidates should possess Interior Design skills, including space planning, material and color selection, and an understanding of residential design standards. </li><li>Proficiency in design and visualization tools (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or Adobe Creative Suite) is highly beneficial. </li><li>A diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred. </li><li>Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple projects, and adapt in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. </li><li>Attention to detail, creativity, problem-solving ability, and a strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work are advantageous. </li> </ul>
