POSITION SUMMARY


This role sits within HR organization and is a core member of the Talent Acquisition team. This role partners with the U.S. recruiting team to deliver talent research and sourcing, candidate/interview coordination and recruiting operations support. In addition, this role will lead recruiting efforts for high volume client service or technology roles based on assignment.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Talent Research, Market Intelligence & Sourcing

  • Conduct market mapping and talent intelligence for open roles (skills, locations, compensation signals, and target employers) using HireEz software
  • Execute sourcing end‑to‑end for assigned roles including outreach, screening alignment, and recruiter handoff
  • Develop target company lists and sourcing strategies aligned to each role and business unit

Interview Scheduling & Candidate Experience

  • Own interview scheduling across time zones, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and interviewers
  • Manage candidate communications, guidance, and follow‑ups with clear timelines and expectations
  • Coordinate reschedules, interview logistics, and interview prep materials; identify and resolve scheduling bottlenecks quickly

Operating Model & Stakeholder Partnership

  • Partners daily with U.S. recruiters and TA leadership, operating against agreed service levels (SLAs) and priorities
  • Participates in weekly recruiting operating reviews; shares metrics, insights, and continuous improvement opportunities
  • Partner with HR Onboarding on background checks, pre‑boarding readiness, and day‑1 handoffs as needed


QUALIFICATIONS


  • 5+ years of recruiting and/or talent acquisition operations experience, with strong research, sourcing, and stakeholder support skills
  • High attention to detail and follow‑through; proven ability to manage checklists, timelines, and dependencies in a fast‑moving environment
  • Experience partnering with U.S. and/or global stakeholders; ability to work overlapping hours with U.S. time zones as needed
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; ability to reconcile and validate large data sets and produce recruiting/operational reports
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting workflows; maintains strong documentation practices and confidentiality with candidate data
  • Clear, direct communicator with strong judgment and a customer‑service mindset; able to keep multiple stakeholders aligned and drive timely decisions
