IIM Udaipur Incubation Centre is a Technology Business Incubator that fosters innovation and entrepreneurship.

We are looking for a full-time Marketing and Communications Manager to completely manage and own communications, marketing and content creation activities for the centre.

This is an on-site role and the applicant must be willing to relocate to Udaipur. The selected candidate will be offered a 2-year contract.

Key responsibilities -

• Build and manage the monthly content calendar to enhance visibility of the centre, promote programs and startups
• Direct social media channels, email campaigns, and digital advertising performance.
• Create engaging video content on specific topics related to entrepreneurship in vernacular languages
• Redesign and manage the website

Role requirements

• Minimum 3-years of experience in marketing, creative writing, content creation and social-media marketing
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or Communication (can be relaxed based on relevant experience)
• Strong written and oral skills
• Proficiency in social-media campaign management
• Proficiency with the use of tools like Canva
• Skilled in with photography and video production
