Real Estate Consultant - Channel Sales

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Channel Sales professional with a background in real estate to build, manage, and grow our network of broker, developer, and property consultant partnerships. This is a channel and partnership-driven sales role - you'll be growing business through referral and partner relationships, not managing direct client transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with real estate brokers, consultants, and developer partners
• Drive lead generation and revenue through the channel/partner network
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active channel partners
• Conduct regular partner engagement, training, and relationship reviews
• Track partner performance and report on channel-driven sales numbers
• Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to support partner-led deals
• Represent the company at industry events, broker meets, and networking forums

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in real estate consulting, broker relations, or channel/partnership sales
• Strong existing network within the real estate broker/consultant community preferred
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Self-driven with the ability to manage multiple partner relationships independently
• Prior experience with CRM tools and sales reporting
