About the Role
We're looking for a Customer Support Representative who can provide exceptional support to our customers across Whats App, Instagram, Email, and Phone. You'll be the first point of contact, ensuring every customer has a smooth and positive experience.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries via Whats App, Email, Instagram, and Phone.
Handle order tracking, delivery updates, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to resolve order issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and quick response times.
Assist customers with product recommendations and sizing queries.
Requirements
Excellent written and spoken English and Hindi.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of Shopify and CRM tools (preferred).
Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Prior customer support or e-commerce experience is preferred.
Preferred Skills
Experience handling Whats App Business, Instagram DMs, and email support.
Familiarity with courier tracking and order management.
Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
