Lead Analyst – Oracle EBS R12 / ERP Migration

Tatum is seeking an experienced Lead Analyst to support a large public company in the Cleveland area with a multi-site ERP migration.

This is a hands-on role supporting the migration of financial subledgers into Oracle E-Business Suite R12 , with primary responsibility around Fixed Assets and Project Accounting . The Lead Analyst will work closely with the extended project team to support data conversion, validation, reconciliation, issue resolution, and cutover activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support ERP migration activities across multiple business locations

• Support conversion of Fixed Assets and Project Accounting data into Oracle EBS R12

• Manage and validate project and fixed asset data and conversion templates

• Execute or support data conversion processes and troubleshoot conversion exceptions

• Create and maintain fixed asset and project information within Oracle

• Support data loads using WebADI and other conversion tools

• Perform source-to-target validation and post-conversion reconciliation

• Investigate rejected records, mapping issues, incomplete conversions, and data discrepancies

• Partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, and other project stakeholders throughout testing and cutover

• Support a time-sensitive migration and go-live environment

Preferred Experience

• 3–5+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS R12 experience

• Strong experience with Oracle Fixed Assets / Oracle Assets

• Experience with Oracle Projects / Project Accounting

• Hands-on ERP data conversion, migration, or implementation experience

• Experience with conversion templates, data loads, validation, and reconciliation

• WebADI experience strongly preferred

• Experience troubleshooting Oracle conversion or data-load errors

• SAP-to-Oracle migration experience is a plus

• SQL knowledge is helpful but not required

• Strong accounting and finance process knowledge, particularly around subledger-to-GL integration

This role is best suited for someone who has been hands-on with ERP conversion work , rather than solely managing implementation projects.

Location Requirement: This role requires someone who is based in the Cleveland area or within reasonable driving distance and can work onsite with the extended project team as needed. I am only considering candidates who meet this location requirement.
