THE ROLE

We're looking for a Head of Community and Culture to lead resident experience and community programming across all Tribe properties-currently live in Pune (Vara, Wamba, Moro) and Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, with upcoming locations in Lohegaon (Pune), Indore, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, and Bangalore.

This is a national role. You'll be setting the cultural standard for how Tribe feels across every city, every property, and every resident touchpoint.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Build and own a pan - India community and culture framework that adapts to local context while staying true to the Tribe identity

- Design and drive an events and programming calendar across all properties-both in-person and community-wide initiatives

- Build deep, genuine relationships with residents across cities and ensure every property feels connected to something larger

- Own all resident-facing communications - WhatsApp broadcasts, the Tribe App, email, and property-level channels

- Create, document, and scale SOPs so that the community experience is consistent whether you're in Baddi or Bangalore

- Work closely with city teams and operations to close gaps between the on-ground experience and the community promise

- Problem-solve in real time-across cities and contexts-with clarity, warmth, and good judgment

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 2+ years of experience in community management, hospitality, events, or a related field

- Fresh thinking-someone who brings new ideas and isn't afraid to try them

- Excellent written and verbal communication-able to speak to residents, teams, and leadership with equal ease

- Comfortable managing multiple digital channels and crafting communications that feel personal at scale

- Operationally sharp-can build systems, write SOPs, and still stay people-first

- A natural connector who thrives in fast-moving, multi-location environments

- Willingness to travel across properties as needed

BONUS IF YOU HAVE

- Experience in co-living, hospitality, student housing, or residential communities

- Background in event production or programming

- Familiarity with community platforms and broadcast tools

- Prior experience working across multiple cities or in a scaling startup
