The Successful Applicant * 1-5 years of construction experience * Multifamily background strongly preferred * Exposure to groundup woodframe and brick projects * Experience with a reputable multifamily GC * Flexible to travel occasionally to Port St. Lucie What's on Offer * Salary up to $115,000 plus 10% annual bonus * Monthly allowances: $500 car, $50 phone, $45 health stipend * Strong benefits package with paid travel expenses
