GCP Storage Team Lead

We are looking for a Technical Team Lead - Storage with expertise in storage technologies and service operations. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, ensure SLA/SLO compliance, support team performance, and lead continuous process improvements in a fast-paced cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor service operations, case management, and queue performance.
• Conduct quality audits and provide coaching to team members.
• Deliver onboarding and ongoing technical training.
• Analyze operational metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage escalations and ensure process compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance service delivery.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of Storage technologies and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience in service operations, case management, and reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive quality, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
