Urgently looking for a Field Trainer (FMCG Non-Food)

Location: Karachi & Lahore

We are hiring a Field Trainer to build the capabilities of our nationwide field staff (Merchandisers & Brand Ambassadors) in the FMCG Non-Food category.

You will design and deliver training across classroom, on-ground field, online, and e-learning formats, while conducting regular Training Needs Analyses (TNA) to continuously improve team on field performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree minimum
• FMCG Non-Food experience required
• Proven experience in Classroom, Online & E-Learning and on ground field training
• Strong communication & presentation skills
