About the Role

PakLite is hiring 3 Area Sale Managers for different locations including Lahore, Islamabad and Faisalabad. We are looking for experiencedsales professionals who understand dealer networks,market development, distributor management andterritory-based sales.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

Experience

3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in electrical,lighting, electronics, FMCG or distribution.

Key Requirements

• Experience in dealer and distributor management.
• Strong knowledge of market development and territory management.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business.
• Distributor appointment and relationship management.
• Market visits and competitor analysis.
• Team handling and sales-force supervision.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to prepare sales reports and analyse sales data.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Strong knowledge of the local market and dealer network.
