Position: Executive Assistant to Managing Director (EA to MD)

Experience: 5 Years

CTC: Up to ₹8 LPA ( Depends on Interview )

Location: S.P. Road, Secunderabad, Hyderabad

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Executive Assistant to the Managing Director to provide high-level administrative and executive support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the MD’s daily calendar, appointments, meetings, and schedules.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Handle emails, correspondence, calls, and other communication on behalf of the MD.
• Prepare presentations, reports, MIS, meeting agendas, and minutes of meetings.
• Maintain confidential documents, records, and business information.
• Coordinate with various departments and ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by the MD.
• Follow up with clients, vendors, employees, and other stakeholders as required.
• Assist the MD in travel arrangements, meetings, and business-related activities.
• Track important deadlines, commitments, and action items.
• Handle other administrative and coordination responsibilities assigned by the MD.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PG qualification will be an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook/email management .
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Smart, presentable, professional, and well-groomed personality.
• Should be comfortable coordinating with senior management and multiple stakeholders.
