We are seeking a Human Trafficking Prevention Program Lead to help drive initiatives that promote awareness, strengthen prevention practices, and support efforts to combat human trafficking within the hospitality industry.

This opportunity is well suited for a program management professional who enjoys building partnerships, coordinating complex initiatives, and turning ideas into action. You will work closely with internal teams and external organizations to advance prevention programs, coordinate training initiatives, and identify opportunities for meaningful impact.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Drive program initiatives: Turn strategic priorities into actionable projects, establish timelines, coordinate deliverables, and keep initiatives moving forward.
  • Build external relationships: Work with nonprofit organizations, industry associations, and other partners to identify collaboration opportunities and advance prevention efforts.
  • Coordinate training initiatives: Support communications and outreach to encourage completion of required human trafficking prevention training, monitor participation, and follow up on outstanding requirements.

  • A track record of managing projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and moving initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Experience developing and maintaining relationships with external partners, nonprofit organizations, or industry groups.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex or sensitive topics to different audiences.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities with limited day-to-day direction.
  • Experience monitoring metrics, preparing reports, and communicating project results.
  • Professional judgment and a thoughtful, sensitive approach to human trafficking prevention and human rights issues.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred, though equivalent professional experience will be considered.

Additional experience that would be valuable: hospitality, franchise operations, corporate social responsibility, nonprofit partnerships, or developing training and awareness campaigns.
