Apply Now.<br /> <b><br /> </b> <b>About Company: </b> </p><p>It is India's largest and most definitive place for fine writing instruments and accessories, and a leader in personalised corporate-gifting. <br /> </p><p><br /> </p><p>Department – Retail <br /> </p><p>Reports To – AOM  <br /> </p><p>Location - (Chennai) - Phoenix Marketcity <br /> </p><p><b>Responsibilities: </b>  <br /> </p><ul><li>Sales of the store.   <br /> </li><li>Train, evaluate and motivate store employees   <br /> </li><li>Maintain, encourage, and possess “ownership mentality”.   <br /> </li><li>Provide a positive working environment and handle employee issues  <br /> appropriately and in a timely manner.   <br /> </li><li>Resolve customer problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions.   <br /> </li><li>Ensure interior and exterior of store is maintained to company standards.   <br /> </li><li>Provide exceptional customer service and ensure the employees also provide     the same level of service.   <br /> </li><li>Communicate, execute, and manage marketing and merchandising programs.   <br /> </li><li>Ensure store non-moving is less than 10%   <br /> </li><li>Ensure employee awareness of safety and emergency procedures.   <br /> </li><li>Ensure VM at store is best and as per guidelines   <br /> </li><li>Maintain adequate store supplies.   <br /> </li><li>Manage store revenue, including cash handling, deposit reconciliation and  <br /> delivery of deposits to bank.   <br /> </li><li>Execute and monitor loss prevention and shrink programs.   <br /> </li><li>Management of all stores operational issues, to include store housekeeping, store  administrative duties, physical inventories etc.    <br /> </li><li>Ensure reports are sent on timely basis.    <br /> <br /> </li> </ul><p><br /> </p> <br /><h3>Requirements </h3><ul><li>Qualification:- Any graduate <br /> </li><li>Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferred in a luxury category.  <br /> </li><li>Should have handled a store with an average store size of   square feet.   <br /> </li><li>Possess strong leadership skills   <br /> </li><li>Ability to teach effectively/develop others to the next level  <br /> </li><li>Strong operations experience in receiving, stock and inventory as well as front-office operations, end management and office management.   <br /> </li><li>Ability to organize and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment  <br /> </li><li>Strong interpersonal, motivational, communication and organizational skills  <br /> </li><li>The ability to provide a great level of customer service.   An upbeat demeanour, with a sales-oriented personality   <br /> <br /> </li> </ul><p><br /> </p> <br /><h3>Benefits </h3><ul><li>Salary - 4LPA - 6LPA <br /> </li><li>PF+ESIC <br /> </li><li>Lucrative Incentive <br /> </li> </ul><p><br /> </p> <br /><br /><b>Requirements </b><br />Qualification:- Any graduate Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferred in a luxury category.
