Gathering security intelligence and implementing preventative measure s. Developing work schedules, allocating tasks, and monitoring personnel performanc e. Coordinating responses to emergencies and alarms, as well as compiling incident report s. Preparing surveillance equipment maintenance schedules and facilitating repairs in a timely manne r. Keeping abreast of new technologies and advancements in security service s. Ensuring compliance with company policies and security industry regulation

s. Security Manager Requirement

s: At least 8+ years' experience in a similar rol e. Extensive experience in preventing illegal activity and performing access contro l. In-depth knowledge of security procedures and surveillance equipmen t. Knowledge of security industry regulation s. Advanced ability to coordinate responses to security breaches and threat s. Superb leadership and organizational abilitie s. Excellent interpersonal and communication skill s. Availability to respond to security alerts outside of business hour s.
