You'll conduct structured, bias-free technical interviews for engineering teams around the world, assess candidates' coding and system-design skills, and give clear, objective feedback. No prep grind, no on-call — just focused technical conversations on your schedule.

What you'll do

▸ Conduct backend coding interviews on a structured, bias-free platform

▸ Evaluate coding skills, system-design thinking, and problem-solving

▸ Write clear, objective feedback on each candidate

What we're looking for

✅ 5+ years of professional backend coding experience (Java, Python, Node.js, Go, or C#) — strict requirement

✅ Strong fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, OOP, databases, API & system design

✅ Excellent English communication, written and verbal

✅ Reliable webcam, mic, and stable internet

✅ Prior interviewing experience is a plus
