Job Description Responsibilities Include: Manage the full lifecycle of multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout Lead project planning, scheduling, procurement, budgeting, and financial reporting Drive project execution to ensure schedule milestones and budget targets are achieved Oversee subcontractor management, contract administration, and supplier coordination Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and project stakeholders Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Collaborate closely with Superintendents and field teams to ensure safe and efficient project delivery Monitor project costs, forecasting, and risk management activities Lead project meetings and communicate project updates to internal and external stakeholders Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company procedures Identify opportunities for value engineering and process improvement Deliver successful project outcomes while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
