Driving the adoption of RainFocus as the events platform, the full-time Training and Enablement Lead will manage change enablement plans, deliver training sessions, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition from prior platforms, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Own the change enablement plan for the RainFocus rollout, including stakeholder mapping and communication strategies Build and deliver training sessions, quick-start guides, and documentation for various user roles Serve as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and the RainFocus vendor team, managing enablement workstreams Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in change management, enablement, marketing, or program management Hands-on experience with RainFocus and other event management platforms like Splash or Cvent Demonstrated ability to lead tool adoption and platform migrations across cross-functional teams Strong stakeholder communication and training delivery skills High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
