Sales Executive

We’re a UK-based car rental company with an operations office in Johar Town, Lahore. We’re looking for an experienced Sales Executive who can confidently engage with international customers, build strong relationships, and convert enquiries into bookings.

Role Overview

You’ll be responsible for reaching out to potential customers across the UK, promoting our vehicle rental services, handling enquiries, and managing follow-ups to maximise bookings. This is a full-time, office-based role offering a competitive basic salary plus an attractive commission structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and introduce Fleeto's car rental services.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers through excellent communication.
• Follow up with new and existing leads to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle rental options.
• Accurately maintain customer records and update the sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth booking and vehicle handover process.
• Consistently achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken English with a clear and professional accent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cold calling and sales, preferably in an international market.
• Experience in the car rental, automotive, travel, or service industry is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent follow-up and customer relationship management abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working with customers from different cultures.
• Must be available to work full-time from our Johar Town, Lahore office.
