This position is responsible for doing all civil work related to solarfield operations, like leveling, compaction, room construction, anddesigning structures for Solar PV Systems

Job Description

• Develop standardizedstructure packages for various PV module installations such as rooftops,PEB sheds, carports, shells, ground mounts etc. to optimize installationefficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Design structures towithstand various wind speeds and capacities, ensuring structuralintegrity and safety.
• Responsible foroptimizing structure designs to achieve cost-effective solutions withoutcompromising quality and safety.
• Develop designs for bothsingle and dual-axis tracking systems to maximize solar panel efficiency.
• Conduct structuralanalysis, generate Bills of Materials (BOM), and vet proposed structureswith suppliers to ensure feasibility and compliance.
• Perform on-sitestructural inspections, verify materials, and ensure adherence to designspecifications and quality standards.
• Manage projectprofitability, maintain client relationships, and ensure deadlines are metby collaborating cross-functionally with internal and external teams.
• Conduct on-site inspectionsto gather data on as-built conditions, ensuring conformity with design plansand standards.

Experience and Qualification

• B.Sc. Civil Engineering from HEC recognized University.
• 02 to 04 years of relevant experience preferably in managing large scale Solar projects.

Specific Requirements

• Strong understanding of wind load considerations andstructural analysis.
• Experience in project management and client relationshipmanagement.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to workcollaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
