We need someone who can get on camera exactly what each brand actually needs, not just "nice shots" but the right shots. The ones that work for the strategy, not just the mood board.

You'll be shooting for different brands under our umbrella, which means you're not just a camera person, you're someone who understands lighting, angles and posing well enough to make anything look good, and understands content strategy well enough to know what to shoot and why . You get the brief, you get what it's for, and you place the shot accordingly. This frame is for a PDP, this one's for a reel hook, this one's for the campaign key visual. You know the difference before you even shoot it.

And you don't work in isolation, you work closely with the editor, so the idea that started as a brief actually comes out the other end looking like what everyone pictured.

On camera

• Shooting product, campaign, lookbook, and social content: stills and video, often same day
• Owning lighting setups: you know how to light for the mood, not just for visibility
• Directing angles and poses that flatter the product and fit the brand
• Adjusting on the spot when something's not landing: you don't wait for someone else to notice

Content strategy sense

• Understanding what each piece of content is for before you shoot it: feed, reel, banner, PDP, campaign
• Shooting with intent: getting the right coverage so nothing's missing later
• Knowing how to translate a brief or mood board into an actual shot list on set
• Reading the room across three different brands and adjusting your approach for each one

Working with the editor

• Collaborating closely so the shoot actually sets the edit up for success: no scrambling for missing footage later
• Talking through the idea before the shoot, checking in during, and handing off organized, labeled raw content after
• Thinking one step ahead: shooting extra angles or takes because you know what the editor might need
• Being part of the same creative loop, not a separate function that just "delivers footage"

On set

• Planning shoots: gear, lighting, shot lists ahead of time with the content strategist
• Managing shoot-day time so the full list actually gets covered
• Directing talent/models confidently for both stills and motion in the same session
• Being the first quality check if it's not right, you fix it on set, not after

• Fresher or 1 year of shooting experience, photo and video both, fashion/e-commerce knowledge preferred

• Strong grasp of lighting, composition, and posing: this is non-negotiable
• Some understanding of content strategy, you think about the "why" behind a shot, not just the "how"
• Comfortable directing models/creators on set
• Can work across multiple brand aesthetics without needing everything spelled out
• Collaborative: genuinely enjoys working with editors and strategists, not just shooting solo

• Basic editing skills or enough understanding to shoot with the edit in mind
• Experience shooting UGC/trend-style content alongside polished campaign work
• A trained eye for fashion: fit, drape, styling, movement
