• Mon - Thu 7:15 am - 4:30 pm, Fri 7:15 am - 12:15 pm
• Approx 15 - 20 patients per day
• Outpatient clinic setting
• 2 - 3 years of NP/PA experience required
• Pediatrics through geriatrics patient population
• Women's health and complex chronic care required
• Comfortable with controlled substance prescribing required
• X-waiver experience ideal
