About the oppurtunityBunda is growing, and we’re looking for a driven, high-energy Studio Manager to lead the opening and ongoing success of our newest Palm Beach County location.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be part of building a studio from the ground up. As Studio Manager, you’ll play an integral role in the pre-sale and opening process, help recruit and develop your team, drive membership growth, create an exceptional member experience, and lead the studio into long-term success.We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited about the opportunity to grow with an expanding fitness brand.
Key ResponsibilitesPre-Sale & Studio OpeningHelp lead the pre-sale process leading up to the studio openingDrive founding membership sales and lead conversionSupport grassroots marketing, community outreach, partnerships, and local eventsHelp recruit, onboard, train, and develop the opening studio teamBuild strong relationships within the Palm Beach County communityHelp create a strong studio culture from day oneSales & Membership GrowthDrive membership sales and studio revenueLead the team in achieving monthly sales, conversion, and retention goalsCoach and develop team members on sales processes and follow-upMaintain a strong understanding of studio performance and key metricsIdentify opportunities to increase leads, conversions, retention, and overall studio growthTeam LeadershipRecruit, train, motivate, and develop a high-performing teamSet clear expectations and hold the team accountable to studio standards and goalsCreate a positive, energetic, and results-driven environmentLead by example and maintain a strong presence within the studioStudio Operations & Member ExperienceOversee day-to-day studio operationsEnsure every member and guest receives an exceptional and consistent experienceMaintain high standards for studio appearance, organization, and operationsBuild relationships with members and create a strong sense of community
What we are looking forStrong leadership, sales, and people-management skillsExperience managing a fitness, wellness, hospitality, or membership-based business preferredPre-sale and/or new studio opening experience strongly preferredPersonal training, strength training, or fitness experience is a plusProven ability to drive sales and work toward performance goalsExperience recruiting, training, motivating, and developing a teamHighly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPassion for fitness, community, and delivering an exceptional client experience
