TriStar Health in East Nashville seeks an experienced ER RN to deliver high-quality, evidence-based emergency care for diverse patient populations. Responsibilities include rapid triage, assessment, and stabilization of acute and critical patients, administering medications, coordinating diagnostic tests, and collaborating closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
