What Youll DoAs a Machine Operator at CoinWrap, youll take ownership of high-precision coin processing and wrapping machines. Youll keep production running smoothly, meet daily quotas, and ensure every roll meets strict quality standards. Your responsibilities include:Loading and monitoring automated machinery for coin wrapping, sorting, and verifyingTroubleshooting jams and minor equipment issues to keep operations flowingInspecting, folding, and sealing packaging for finished coin rollsPerforming quality checks to ensure accuracy and securityDocumenting production activity and maintaining supply levels (paper, boxes, glue, etc.)Cleaning, maintaining, and safely operating equipment and your workspaceFollowing all safety, security, and production procedures If you like the hum of machinery, the satisfaction of fixing things, and the energy of a fast-paced production floor, this is the place for you. Ideal candidates will have:A natural mechanical aptitude you enjoy understanding how machines workExperience or interest in production, assembly, repair, or light maintenanceStrong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive precision workBasic math, reading, and documentation skillsPhysical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periodsA safety-first mindset and a positive attitude Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or mechanical experience is a plus, but not required well train the right person!
