Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and successfully deliver projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and business leaders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage projects from start to finish.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Track project progress, budgets, and resources.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Conduct project meetings and provide regular status updates.
• Maintain project documentation and reports.
• Ensure projects meet quality and business requirements.
• Manage changes to project scope and priorities.
• Resolve project-related issues and coordinate appropriate solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Support Agile/Scrum or other project management methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
• Comfortable working with distributed and remote teams.
