Job Description Lead all on-site construction activities for ground-up church and K-12 education projects Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel Develop and maintain short-term schedules and three-week look-ahead plans Drive project milestones to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and within quality standards Conduct daily site walks, safety meetings, and subcontractor coordination meetings Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety requirements Coordinate inspections, testing, and approvals with local authorities and project stakeholders Review construction drawings and specifications to ensure accurate field execution Identify and resolve field issues that could impact schedule, budget, or quality Maintain daily reports, project documentation, and progress updates Partner closely with Project Managers to ensure successful project delivery Lead punch list completion, commissioning activities, and project closeout efforts MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
