Website & server support engineer
Rivulet IQ · Gujarat, India
Job Description
A client site going down, a bad deployment, or an unverified backup are the kinds of problems that shouldn't happen quietly — someone needs to own uptime, deployments, and data protection as a full-time responsibility, not an afterthought. This role exists to be that owner: managing the ongoing health, deployment lifecycle, and uptime of client websites, with strong hands-on expertise across Word Press and e-commerce platforms.
You'll work closely with Developers, Project Managers, and Technical Leads to prevent downtime, catch issues before clients notice them, and make sure every release goes live cleanly.
This role is for someone who enjoys:
Owning production environments independently, with confidence and discipline Catching problems before they become client-facing incidents Treating backups, deployments, and documentation as non-negotiable habits, not chores Troubleshooting under pressure without losing composureIf you're someone who takes real pride in a clean deployment and a site that never goes down on your watch, this role will give you full ownership of that outcome. Every client account needs someone who can own the SEO work directly — audits, strategy, content planning, and reporting — without needing to be walked through the fundamentals. The SEO Strategist is that person: an experienced individual contributor who manages their own portfolio of client accounts end-to-end, working closely with the SEO Strategy Lead on strategy and complex technical issues, while taking full responsibility for day-to-day execution and results.
