Drop X currently operates dark store and quick commerce operations for multiple clients including Amazon, Flipkart, and other leading quick commerce businesses. Position Title : Regional Manager (Kerala), Last Mile Logistics
Role Description
The Regional Manager Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Kerala. This role is responsible for overseeing daily last mile logistics operations across the Kerala region, ensuring high performance in last-mile activities. Typical responsibilities include managing regional hubs and teams, monitoring service levels, optimizing routes and processes, and resolving operational issues in real time. The Regional Manager Operations will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve efficiency, implement technology-driven solutions, and support continuous process improvement. The role also involves tracking key performance indicators, operations metrics, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards, and developing team members through coaching and performance reviews.
Qualifications
- Strong operations management skills in last mile logistics overseeing regional or multi-site activities.
- Prior exposure to Amazon/Flipkart EDSP or DSP operations is preferred
- Proven experience managing operational KPIs and P&L.
- Proficiency in using logistics technology platforms, data analysis tools, and dashboards to monitor performance and drive decision-making.
- Excellent logistical planning, resource optimization, and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team management, stakeholder coordination, conflict resolution, and performance coaching.
- Experience in process optimization, route planning, and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance speed, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and engage with clients as needed.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
